VIP Lightning Lane Management is my hands-on, concierge-level, behind-the-scenes service for families who want help managing Lightning Lane without making Mom, Dad, Grandma, or whoever planned the vacation the family’s full-time Disney strategist.
I take your family’s attraction priorities, park-day plans, dining reservations, timing, and the way your family actually wants to vacation and use them to help manage a practical Lightning Lane strategy throughout your Disney days.

Essentials is for clients who are booking their trip through my services and want a streamlined level of support. Strategy Session is for travelers who are planning independently and want dedicated expert guidance without a booking relationship.
Do I need to book my vacation through you?
Platinum, Deluxe, and Essentials are designed for clients whose Walt Disney World vacation is booked through my services.
VIP Lightning Lane Management is more flexible. It can be added to Platinum, Deluxe, or Essentials, added to a Strategy Session, or requested separately as a standalone service if your Walt Disney World vacation is already booked.
Standalone VIP availability is limited and must be confirmed for your park dates before purchase.
If you have already booked independently and want professional planning guidance beyond Lightning Lane support, the Strategy Session may also be a good fit.
Can I book VIP Lightning Lane Management without an ETM planning package?
Yes. VIP Lightning Lane Management can be requested as a standalone service even if your Walt Disney World vacation was booked elsewhere.
Because I personally manage this service and can only support a limited number of families with overlapping park dates, standalone VIP service is subject to availability.

Can I add VIP Lightning Lane Management to a Strategy Session?
Absolutely. If you booked your vacation yourself but want both personalized planning guidance and hands-on Lightning Lane support, you can pair a Strategy Session with VIP Lightning Lane Management.
The Strategy Session helps us work through your overall Walt Disney World plans and questions. VIP Lightning Lane Management adds behind-the-scenes help with Lightning Lane during your actual park days.
Can I begin with a guide or free resource and choose more support later?
Yes. Many families begin with a Destination Guide or Free Resource and then decide they would like more personalized support as their plans take shape.
I’m at the airport and realizing I did not plan nearly enough . . . can you still help?
Yes. If you’re already on your way and need fast, expert direction, book a Strategy Session to talk through Lightning Lane, dining, and what matters most right now. If Lightning Lane is the part you’d rather hand off, request VIP Lightning Lane Management as a standalone service, subject to availability for your park dates.
Is it better to book Disney World directly or through a travel advisor?
You get the same Disney vacation, with an expert shaping and managing it. I compare package and room-only options, structure the right room, ticket, and dining combination for your family, and know about offers that aren’t advertised online, including special codes and limited-time offers for guests who meet specific eligibility criteria, which must be requested by phone. After you book, I keep watching for new discounts and apply them when your reservation qualifies.
You also get one point of contact, my award-winning email series that walks you through each decision (My Disney Experience, park days, Lightning Lane, dining reservations, final payment, online check-in, packing, and more), a personal planning portal, custom planning video, and Mickey Mail with Platinum, and in-destination support if plans change. When a delayed flight pushed back a family’s arrival, I moved their resort dates; when someone got sick mid-trip, I helped a family extend their stay and rework their tickets and park days.
Does booking through you cost more than booking directly with Disney?
No. I don’t add anything to Disney’s price. Booking through me doesn’t change Disney’s price; my planning fee is separate, and I often find pricing options Disney doesn’t advertise.
When is the planning fee due, and is it refundable?
Your planning fee is due after our complimentary consultation call, before I prepare personalized quotes or make any bookings. Planning fees are non-refundable.
Can I transfer a Disney reservation I already booked?
Yes. If you booked directly with Disney, you can transfer your reservation to me and choose the planning package that fits your family. Start with my Disney reservation transfer form.
Do you help first-time Disney families?
Absolutely. Many of my clients come to me for their very first Disney vacation, then return to plan the next one. Most first-time families choose Deluxe or Platinum, and both begin with a planning call. The two things first-timers struggle with most are choosing the right resort and knowing how to actually do the parks each day, from a daily itinerary to Lightning Lane, and that’s exactly where I focus our planning time.
